1
Prepare your workspace
Wipe surface with 70% isopropyl alcohol. Wash hands. Lay out peptide vial, BAC water vial, sterile syringes, and fresh alcohol swabs.
2
Bring to room temperature
Allow both sealed vials to warm to room temperature. Cold liquid on cold powder causes cloudiness and incomplete dissolution.
3
Swab both stoppers
Circular motion for 30 seconds, air dry 30 seconds. Every puncture is a contamination risk — never skip this.
4
Draw the bacteriostatic water
Use an 18–20g syringe for BAC water transfer. Draw slowly to avoid air bubbles. Volume added sets your final concentration.
5
Inject slowly along the vial wall
Tilt vial at 45° and let water trickle down the inner glass wall. Never squirt directly onto the powder — this shears peptide bonds.
6
Equalise pressure, then swirl
Before withdrawing, lift needle above the liquid but keep under the stopper — release plunger to normalise pressure. Swirl gently until clear.
7
Inspect and label
Solution must be completely clear. Use 25–27g for drawing doses. Label every vial: date, BAC water volume, concentration.
